Third-Party Shipments & Refund Policy

 

All third-party shipments are final and non-refundable once shipped. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, no refunds, cancellations, charge reversals, or exchanges will be issued, regardless of delivery outcome, recipient response, or subsequent events

  • Buttplugs for Democracy is not responsible for refusal, disposal, interception, delay, or handling of the shipment by the recipient, carrier, or any third party

  • The product is sent to a third party at your direction

  • You do not receive the physical product

  • The transaction is final once shipment occurs

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be provided after shipment

 

Billing Address Requirement

 

To prevent fraud and payment disputes, only billing addresses located within the United States will be accepted. Orders submitted with non-U.S. billing addresses may be declined, canceled, or refunded prior to shipment at our sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Buttplugs for Democracy, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising from:

  • The use or misuse of any product

  • The expressive, political, or satirical nature of the product or messaging
